Company AGROFINAL, spol. s r.o. in addition to its production activities, also focuses on development of new components according to the requirements of its clients. Below are some of our recent updates.

New dosing unit DAV - 3 MISTRAL

DAV - 3 MISTRAL feeder is mainly intended for dosing seeds and granular fertilizers in the construction of pneumatic seed drills. The setting of the appropriate dose depends on the use of a suitable seed roller and the setting of its rotation speed. This can be changed by means of a continuous mechanical speed change or an electromotive speed control system.

Dosing unit DAV - 2 MISTRAL

DAV - 2 MISTRAL dosing unit is primarily intended for dosing granular / crystalline artificial industrial fertilizers with a granule size of 1 to 5 mm and with a maximum dust content of up to 10% (NPK, nitrate). The modified design of the dosing unit mainly solves the increase of service life, approximately 3 times compared to the previous standard version. Of course also seeds can be dosed with the DAV 2 - MISTRAL.

The sowing rate can be set by:

1. stepwise adjustment of the sowing rate with an accuracy of 40 (20) kg, by means of mechanical axial adjustment of the overlap of the active part of the star cylinder
2. changing the speed of the star cylinder
3. a combination of the settings in a. and b.

Dosing unit DAV - 530 MISTRAL

DAV - 530 MISTRAL dosing unit is intended for dosing standard seeds when higher sowing rates are required and also for special seeds which are lower in hectolitre weight and are sown in higher sowing rates - kg / ha (they are sown with their plant cover, e.g.Dinkel seed).

Dosing unit DAV - 530 MISTRAL allows:

1. simple adjustment of sowing rates in combination of the classic mechanical adjustment of the overlap of the dosing chambers of the star cylinder and the use or non-use of the extended star cylinder
2. sowing of standard types of dense seeds with / without the use of micro-sowing
3. sowing of a larger dose of seeds by approx. 46% more than the standard dosing unit.
4. sowing of a standard dose at a higher sowing speed of the seed drill.

DAV - 530 MISTRAL can be also mounted on the connecting part of classic seed drill hoppers using two pieces of connection reductions.

Ventilator fan D260 MISTRAL with bearing plate

D260 MISTRAL with a bearing plate is intended for the production of compressed air in sufficient pressure and quantity for the needs of agricultural pneumatic seed drills or machines of similar use. Its construction is adapted for direct aggregation with a suitable rotary hydraulic motor. The fan of this construction forms a compact dimensionally minimized unit, which enables its simple fixation on the seed drill frame.

The ventilator fan D320 MISTRAL with a bearing plate is intended for the production of compressed air in sufficient pressure and quantity for the needs of agricultural pneumatic seed drills or machines of similar use. Its construction is adapted for direct aggregation with a suitable rotary hydraulic motor. The fan of this construction forms a compact dimensionally minimized unit, which enables its simple fixation on the seed drill frame.

Horizontal injection node HIU - 4G

The horizontal injection node type HIU - 4G is an important component of the dosing-transport MISTRAL air system, which provides conditions for efficient transport of metered seed / fertilizer through sowing hoses and subsequently sowing units into the soil. With its construction, it significantly increases the transport performance of the entire MISTRAL dosing – air sowing system. Due to the orientation of the HIU - 4G relative to the position of the dosing unit, its design can be with different rotation of its connecting flange.

Seed / fertilizer distributor MISTRAL contruction metal - plastic

The seed / fertilizer distributor is a partial component of the MISTRAL dosing-air sowing system. The distributors are designed for precise and even distribution of seeds / fertilizers into individual seed tube hoses. The construction consists of plastic outlets and metal parts are made of stainless steel.

The basic types of distributors are determined by their construction, use and attachment to the air tube. Further is the type of the distributor specified according to the number of outlets and their diameter.

In general, it is possible to produce:

1. metal-plastic distributors with 32 mm outlets with the number of outlets from 4 to 64
2. metal-plastic distributors with 55 mm outlets with the number of outlets from 4 to 18 and more
3. 3. all-metal distributors with 38 mm outlets with the number of outlets from 4 to 64
4. all-metal distributors with 50 mm outlets with the number of outlets from 4 to 18 and more
5. all-plastic distributors with 32 mm outlets with the number of outlets 24, 32, 40
